Visit www.allstartax.com to register for courses. You will be asked to choose your financial advisor by name or by using your location to find a financial advisor in your area. 
Payment must be made on our website by credit card at the time of registration for courses. Payments cannot be accepted by Edward Jones Financial Advisors. To begin the registration process, visit www.allstartax.com and select your Edward Jones financial advisor. You will be asked to enter your credit card information after you have entered all of your registration details.
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are acceptable forms of payment online.
The fee includes a full set of course slides in PDF format, available for download approximately 1-3 days in advance of the program. It also includes CPE credit for CPAs, CLE credit for attorneys (if applicable), CE credit for Enrolled Agents/AFSP participants, and CFP credit for Certified Financial Planner professionals, if requested by the registrant.
Nothing will be mailed to you in regard to our courses.
Yes. Even if you did not receive an invitation, you are welcome to attend. Go to the home page of this website to find Edward Jones branches in your area that are hosting these programs. You can register online to attend at any available branch. Or, you can view the programs in a webinar format from your home or office computer.
For cancellations received by 5 p.m. Eastern Time of the day before a course, a full refund of the registration fee will be given. No refund is available for cancellations received after this time. No refunds are available for Season Passes. Registrants (not branches) must email info@allstartax.com to cancel.
Registrants may transfer to another broadcast at anytime up to 5 p.m. Eastern Time of the business day prior to the broadcast for which they were originally registered, for no additional charge. Transfers will not be accepted after that time. Registrants (not branches) can transfer by logging in to their online profile at www.allstartax.com

Note: Transfers may only be made within the current All-Star Tax Series season, for courses between May and January. Season Pass holders may transfer to an alternate viewing date for a course, provided that additional replays are still available.

Each course is available on two webinar dates; therefore, you can transfer to the alternate date offered.
